New Delhi:  Refraining from blaming states for the massive failure of grids this week, Power Minister Veerappa Moily today said he would discuss the issues with chief ministers before coming to a conclusion on the reasons for the collapse.

“If I tell you something right now, tomorrow it will prevent discussions (with states).

“It will embarrass both me and them.
